Future FormFit is a fitness tracking app for iPhone and iPad. All personal data you enter is stored only on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal information.
The following is stored locally using on-device storage (SwiftData) and never transmitted to our servers:
If you grant permission, Future FormFit writes workout sessions, nutrition entries, and hydration logs to Apple Health. We do not read data from Apple Health. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Future FormFit includes optional AI features — AI Workout Planner, AI Meal Planner, and Daily Brief — powered by Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, PBC.
Before using any AI feature, the app asks for your explicit permission and explains what data will be sent.

AI-generated workout plans, meal plans, readiness scores, and recommendations are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for guidance from a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or certified fitness professional.
Nutritional calculations use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Macro recommendations follow general sports nutrition guidelines (ACSM). Hydration targets are based on bodyweight and activity level per National Academies of Sciences guidance.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.
Future FormFit does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies. No data is sold to third parties.
Future FormFit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Because all personal data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. To withdraw consent for AI data sharing, simply stop using the AI features.
