Frequently asked questions
All of your personal data — profile information, workout logs, meal logs, and health metrics — is stored locally on your iPhone. It never leaves your device except when you request AI coaching, at which point a summary of your fitness profile is sent to our secure AI proxy to generate your response.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Future FormFit → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Open Future FormFit, navigate to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase. Your Pro access will be restored at no additional charge.
AI features require an active internet connection. Check that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data and try again. If the issue persists, close and reopen the app. If you're still experiencing problems, contact us at the email below.
To keep the app running reliably for everyone, AI features have a daily usage limit that resets at midnight. Your limit will refresh automatically — no action needed. Use the time to log your meals and workouts so the AI has great context for tomorrow.
Because all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes all of your data permanently. There is no cloud backup. To delete: press and hold the Future FormFit icon → Remove App → Delete App.
No. Your health data is never sold or shared with third parties. When you use AI features, a summary of your fitness profile is sent to our AI proxy solely to generate your coaching response. This data is not stored or retained after the request completes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
